Symptom
If anyone in your organization is having trouble receiving email from GroundControl, it is likely because your email spam filters our blocking our server.
Resolution
To help solve this problem we now have a dedicated IP address for all our communications such as invites and password resets. This IP is reserved for GroundControl; no other organization will use this IP for email.
Ask your IT organization to add 198.2.135.249 (mailer.groundctl.com) to the allowlist.
Our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp and does not use this IP.
